The West Virginia Utility Contractors Association (WVUCA), is one of the original sponsors of EXPO. Our members are engaged in construction of water systems and wastewater treatment projects in West Virginia and surrounding states.
This program offers training and technical assistance to operations specialists, water utility managers, and boards. Circuit Riders provide hands-on training and on-site technical assistance to systems on an everyday basis. On-site help is available upon request when a system needs it.
The CAWV Online Planroom is available to members 24 hours per day, seven days a week. Plans are acquired from architects, engineers, and local, state, and federal agencies. Contact planroom@cawv.org or call (304) 342-1166 with questions or for more information. VIEW THE ONLINE PLANROOM.
