• Passengers arriving to Ireland from overseas are required to complete this form, including Irish citizens. • Once completed, the form should be given to an officer at your point of entry to the State.
27 Ιουλ 2021 · From today, the online Passenger Locator Form will be upgraded to complement the travel measures introduced from 19 July. In particular, the enhanced Passenger Locator Form will support the implementation of the EU Digital COVID Certificate.
5 Ιουλ 2021 · The Minister for Health, Stephen Donnelly, has today signed regulations that move the COVID-19 Passenger Locator form to an online only system. Completion of the form online in advance of travel to Ireland will also be a pre-boarding requirement for passengers.
