The email address itself is 100% legit, but it was possibly spoofed in your case. I have probably 50+ emails from that exact address in my archived mail, with legitimate flight change confirmations, delay notifications, etc.

If that's the case and it seems urgent, call the company on a trusted customer service line (not listed in the email) and inquire from there.

I would give a call to the Delta refund department to confirm that. It should just go back to your original form of payment, and the JP Morgan thing sounds suspicious. Their number is 800-847-0578 - they are staffed 8:00am-5:00pm EST.
