23 Μαρ 2024 · The TSA 3-1-1 rule provides the parameters for how passengers can bring liquids on an airplane in their carry-on. Each passenger may carry liquids, gels, and aerosols in travel-size containers that are 3.4 ounces or 100 milliliters and are enclosed in a sealed one-quart-size bag.
U.S. Entry Requirements. All travelers must provide a valid passport, proper visa documentation (if required) and contact tracing information when entering or connecting through the U.S. Contact Tracing.
Delta Carry-On Size and Weight Restrictions. Except for Delta Connection flights, Delta allows passengers to board with one carry-on bag and one personal item for free. At least one of your carry-on items must be small enough to be stored underneath the seat in front of you.
Liquids Rule. You are allowed to bring a quart-sized bag of liquids, aerosols, gels, creams and pastes in your carry-on bag and through the checkpoint. These are limited to travel-sized containers that are 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) or less per item.
