Schedule an Appointment. Welcome to the DFA Online Passport Appointment System. Review all fields in the online form carefully and provide complete and accurate information. Reminder: Applicants are advised to use only Google or Yahoo email accounts in securing an appointment to avoid any technical incompatibilities.

It should be entitled: “DFA Passport Appointment System – Notice of Provisional Schedule.” The email contains a confirmation link to confirm your attempt to reschedule your previous provisional schedule.
6 Φεβ 2024 · On the DFA passport appointment website, click “Schedule an Appointment”. You can also go straight to the passport appointment process by going to the Schedule an Appointment page. Note: You are only given 60 minutes (1 hour) to complete the entire passport application process.
Those who are renewing or applying for Philippine ePassports will now be required to prepay the passport processing fees using the DFA ePayment Portal as part of the Online Appointment System. The following steps are to be taken: Visit PASSPORT.GOV.PH and SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT.
