Unhelpful and inflexible. Their website is misleading with their information on cancelation policies. Their customer support is unhelpful and take up to 30 minutes to respond. If you want a stress free trip - Do not ever book through Expedia, book direct with the hotel or airline.
11 reviews. GB. Sep 7, 2023. Utterly impossible to speak to anyone. As a hotel host: Utterly impossible to speak to anyone human, even on messaging, let alone on the phone - which sometimes is the only way to resolve issues.
I am looking for an end to end travel tech provider and am interested in Expedia's Partner Central. Is anyone here an Expedia partner? If so, I would love to hear your experience with their onboarding, support and overall satisfaction.
