11 Απρ 2019 · I emailed and complained to Etihad explaining the situation and after a couple of days I had a insincere apology reply. After serval emails sending photos of passport, flight details, boarding pass, baggage tags. I was told 'We are investigating your file and will contact you when we have reached a conclusion.'.

21 Φεβ 2024 · I went straight to the Etihad Airways website, trying to find the Malaysia office Customer Service number but to no avail. Then I tried the chat option which I have to endure the chatbot for a good 5 minutes before I am connected to a service agent.
