Unhelpful and inflexible. Their website is misleading with their information on cancelation policies. Their customer support is unhelpful and take up to 30 minutes to respond. If you want a stress free trip - Do not ever book through Expedia, book direct with the hotel or airline.

Then they send you an email stating that the flight was changed by the airlines (i.e. out of their control) and that I have to take the flight on which I was rebooked.
