  2. No more phone support anymore. Online chat is your only choice. Put your issue in bullet points and send it via email if not urgent. If urgent, use chat. Twitter worked for me. Within 5 mins I was able to sort out my issue via direct message. 11K subscribers in the frontierairlines community.

  3. A good customer service experience isn't having you take codes and links. They fix it and send you an email with any booking codes or anything you need afterward. It's the CSR's job to fix the problem, not yours.

  4. you’ll have to continue typing “customer service” on chat to get a human to help you. It is a slow process but they have helped me w my issue in the recent past.

  5. 26 Νοε 2022 · Most customer service numbers are perpetually busy since COVID started. Companies have been using it an excuse for understaffing. I guess the next natural evolution was no customer service phone line at all.

  6. Has anyone found a way to talk to a human ? Their 800 number now offers only chat. Which I have been on for 4 hours and not one agent has responded.

  7. 25 Νοε 2022 · Getting rid of phone service generally leads to happier customer service agents, which leads to better service for many reasons. Someone in a good mood is much more likely to try to find a compromise that benefits the customer.
