Has anyone found a way to talk to a human ? Their 800 number now offers only chat. Which I have been on for 4 hours and not one agent has responded.
I tried yesterday and now today I get this beeping sound on my phone as if the line was busy... I need to contact frontier to extend my flight credit before it expires... like every 3 month I have to do this. Any ideas on how to contact these idiots? The customer service number Im using is: 801-401-9000

Now, flyers needing assistance must either use a 24-hour live chat available on the airline's website, reach out on social media channels, send an email or file a written complaint, per the airline.
