[ScanSnap Manager] Pressing the [Scan] button on the scanner does not start the scan via Wi-Fi. An unexpected error occurs with the following message when starting up ScanSnap Home or when scanning with ScanSnap Home.

If is displayed for [Select a scanner] in the [ScanSnap Home - Scan] window even when the ScanSnap is properly displayed under [Imaging devices] in the Device Manager window, the system may not be working properly. Try restarting the computer.

17 Ιαν 2016 · Unplug the scanner (just the USB connection to the computer) Uninstall the ScanSnap manager software that came with the s1300. Delete everything in C:\Program Files (x86)\PFU. Delete everything in C:\Users\ [Your Username]\AppData\Roaming\PFU. Restart your computer. Download and install the ScanSnap Installer for the iX500 ( direct download link )
