Use Google solely as a search engine, then take the information and book directly with the airline. (If there are multiple airlines on the ticket then you may need to book with the airline by phone, or use a full service travel agent.

Use Google Flights to explore cheap flights to anywhere. Search destinations and track prices to find and book your next flight.
Kayak still wins the most flexible search award in my opinion. (However their tracking and reporting doesn't seem to include the duration filters.) But as most are saying -- Book your flight with the airlines (or a bricks and mortar travel professional) after you do your homework.
