I receive an email confirmation about a booking that I did not authorize. I have contacted you all via email and your app, but no one has responded. I have contacted the hotel B OCEAN resort Lauderdale as well. They see the booking but refuse to cancel despite the policy allowing for a 72-hour advance.
To make a complaint, you’d have to find out in which country Chatdeal is based and make a complaint to that countries consumer organisation, if they even have one. Personally I’d just write it off, get your ticket and not waste any more time on this.
The scammers usually make unsolicited contact with people via Phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, or email, fraudulently using KAYAK’s brand name and logo. The scammers have also referenced KAYAK’s executive team members in order to solicit trust in individuals.
