You’ll get an email sometime around March or April. Keep in mind the usnass is mostly about recruitment. I personally recommend you prioritize boys/girls state over summer seminar. Virtually everyone I’ve ever talked to says boys or girls state is much better on an app then seminar.
Although the USNA itself does not publish an official acceptance rate for the Summer Seminar, from what I've gathered, the acceptance rate tends to vary from year to year, usually being around 25-35%. Please note that this is an estimate and not an official number.

The Summer Seminar application can be saved as a work in progress, however it cannot be modified once submitted. Our selections are made on a rolling basis - they are not “first come, first served.”
