31 Ιαν 2024 · REAL-ESTATE TAXES. The real-estate tax collection begins with the assessment of real-estate parcels in Franklin County. Ohio law requires counties to revalue all real property every six years with an update at the three-year midpoint as ordered by the Tax Commissioner of the State of Ohio.
In-person property tax lookup at the County Treasurer’s Office: The County Treasurer’s Office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M., except on holidays. Inquirers are expected to provide the property owner's name, parcel number, or street address to facilitate the lookup.
