If you cannot use your Mobile Boarding Pass, you can reprint your boarding pass at a kiosk or see a JetBlue crewmember for assistance. Curbside Check-in allows passengers to drop their checked baggage before entering the New York JFK International Airport and bypass the ticket counter.
