5 Δεκ 2022 · Passenger Locator Forms (PLFs) are used by public health authorities to facilitate cross border contact tracing in case travellers are exposed to an infectious disease during their travel by plane, ship (cruise/ferry), rail, bus or automobile.
1 Οκτ 2020 · From 2 October the Passenger Locator Card (PLC) becomes digital. In a first phase, the electronic card will work simultaneously with the paper card. From 9 October, the PLC will be exclusively digital. The PLC came into force when the activity at national airports was restarted.
There is no need to upload the passenger locator form. it can be completed on line and sent direct to the Portuguese authoities. You can find it at https://portugalcleanandsafe.pt/en/passenger-locator-card
From now on, all passengers on flights to or from mainland Portugal (including those of the Autonomous Regions) are required to complete the “Passenger Location Form” (ou PLF – ‘Passenger Locator Form’), applying the same obligation to cruise ship passengers that dock at terminals located in mainland Portugal.
