16 Ιαν 2019 · I need help on the Group Travel Name Template. It asks for "Last Name" then "First Name and Middle Name" and then..."Passport Last Name" and "Passport First Name".
I want to book travel for a group of 10 or more Passengers. If you have a party of ten or more, call Group Travel Services at 1-800-433-5368. Group Travel Services is available Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to midnight Central Time.
16 Ιαν 2018 · The PTC stands for "Passenger Type Code". She instructed me to use the code ADT for Adult. Even though we have minors age 13-17 travelling with adults, she instructed me to use ADT for everyone since that code represents that everyone in our group is paying a standard fare.
20 Ιουλ 2021 · You will need to complete the Excel form which will allow you to input all the passenger names and then you can submit the form to the Southwest Airlines Group Travel Management page here. This spreadsheet template should be emailed to you after you contact Southwest via phone.
