If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of booking, you can choose either to a) receive a method-of-payment refund or b) hold the value of the ticket as a flight credit or Transferable Flight Credit TM (depending on the fare) to buy a future flight.

After you cancel your reservation, you must submit a refund request form. If you cancel online, you’ll have access to an online refund request form after your cancellation has been confirmed.
