5 Φεβ 2024 · Anything under 62 linear inches means your Spirit Airlines checked bag is fit to fly under regular checked bag fees. Linear inches are calculated by adding the total length, width, and height of your bag.

Oversized items may not exceed 80 linear inches (203cm) in overall dimensions and are subject to oversized baggage charges beginning at 63 linear inches (158 cm). From December 1st through January 10th, items that exceed 80 linear inches will not be accepted.
