You get assigned a seat on check in. Check in as soon as it becomes available (24 hours before flight time). A & F seats are window I believe on the 3 seat config. I’ve had decent chance getting a window or isle seat when checking in early. You can always change seat for a fee afterwards.
Simply go to the My Trips tab and follow the instructions to access your reservation. If you are accessing your reservation more than 24 hours prior to departure you can click the Add or Modify Seats link and complete the form.
