Hello all, I'm looking for a locally based UK travel planner to put together an itinerary, bookings, and general info for a self-guided tour/trip. We are looking at London (only 1 day), Wales (3-4 days) and Scotland (3-4 days).

Thought the tube train service was good but the train carriages were very tired, the buses were plentiful but regrettably the customer service shown by the drivers was poor. It was almost as if they hated to give any advice on destinations. Date of experience: July 2023.
