United customer cares is their way of dissing you. The captain, stewardess, reservations agents, frequent flyer agents, gate angents, and other departments just tell you to go to the sight and customer cares department will help you.
Consistently terrible customer service both off and on the plane. It feels like the United staff genuinely can’t stand their jobs and the only way for them to feel superior is to be rude and condescending to customers.
