Step 1: Go to the Vietjet check-in counter at the airport and line up for your turn. Step 2: Show your ticket or Reservation Code/E-ticket Number and travel documents to ground service staff to get boarding pass and checked baggage (if needed).
1. Domestic flights. Apply to flights departing from all airports in Vietnam. Online Check-in opens: 24 hours before departure time. Online Check-in closes: 60 minutes before departure time. 2. Passenger who Pre-booked oversized baggage package service is allowed to check in baggage with a total weight corresponding to the purchased package, including 1 oversize baggage piece per passenger per package. Each passenger is allowed to check in a maximum of 2 oversized baggage pieces/sector.
Those passengers who carry baggage that is heavier than 15kg or their purchased limit will have to pay extra fees per kilogram at the check-in counter at the airport. Please refer to our Fee Schedule for more details on all charges.
