3 Οκτ 2020 · When VPN is activated, access for some websites is denied with error 403 or 404, and my mail server is considered as not operational. If I switch VPN off, everything is working perfectly and I can receive my mail messages using IMAP and SFR.

27 Οκτ 2017 · in case of error, like 403, pip has to suggest you "the package repo is on http, do you want to download it?" Still in 2020 many Python 2 packages are on http repos; with their decision, the installation of these packages is broken.
