Lake Greeson has fantastic water quality, beautiful scenery, and is not over -developed. It's out of the way, so most visitors are not day use, but long term campers. Two marinas operate on the lake: Self Creek & Swaha. Both marinas were well managed with very nice and helpful staffs.
