27 Ιουν 2024 · Get cleared to work onsite by submitting proof of vaccination or completing a health check. Once you arrive, reduce the spread of germs with a touchless sign-in using the Envoy mobile app.
Go to the Home tab and click Reserve & Check in for the card listed for today's date. You might be prompted to register and complete your health questionnaire (if active). Click Finish. If your registration is approved, the app will sign you into your workplace.
To reserve and check in: Navigate to the Envoy dashboard > Your Schedule. Click Schedule next to the day (s) you plan to be onsite. If your company has a registration flow, click Register and fill out your company's health check.

Using geolocation technology, the Envoy app can check you in automatically without opening the app. This happens once you arrive within 150 meters of your workplace location . Once you're auto-checked in, you'll receive a push notification confirming your check-in and desk for the day.
