7 Ιουλ 2024 · Air Canada’s size requirements for a carry-on are 21.5″ x 15.5″ x 9″ (55cm x 40cm x 23cm). If you aren’t sure what size your carry-on is, Air Canada provides size check templates located at their ticket counters and gates.
Air Canada's carry-on baggage rules specify maximum dimensions of 23 x 40 x 55 cm and a weight limit of 10 kg. Understanding these rules is crucial to avoid potential fees, delays, or denied boarding.
Air Canada no longer limits the weight of your carry-on, although you must be able to place it in the overhead bin yourself. Size limitations still apply. The first standard carry-on item is limited in size to 23x40x55cm.
Air Canada Carry-On Baggage. Regardless of your destination, you are permitted to carry onboard one standard article which must not exceed the maximum dimensions of 55cm x 23cm x 40cm, as well as one personal article (such as a backpack, a briefcase, a laptop), which must not exceed the maximum dimensions of 33cm x 16cm x 43cm.
Air Canada (AC) allows 1 carry-on bag and 1 personal item (purse, briefcase, laptop bag) per passenger fee free. Carry-on should not exceed the following size and weight restrictions: 46 linear inches (21.5 x 15.5 x 9 in) or 118 centimeters (55 x 40 x 23 cm) including handles and wheels.
