MyChart lets you access your health information and communicate with your doctor online. You can also use eCheck-in to save time at your appointments by completing forms and paying balances beforehand.

You can use MyChart to access care online. With an E-Visit, you can receive a diagnosis and treatment plan from Prisma Health providers for only $30. And any prescriptions are sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice. E-Visits are available every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Start an E-Visit
If you have been tested at a Prisma Health location for COVID-19, your results will appear in MyChart as soon as they are available. If you have questions, call or message your primary care provider. You can also call 1-833-2PRISMA (277-4762), available 24/7.
