JABBA is a mod designed to improve storage capacity with a Better Barrel that can be upgraded and even linked. Although this Barrel can only hold one type of item, it can hold up to 64 stacks by default.
JABBA has several features that storage drawers don't, like acting as a hopper and multiple barrels with the same inventory. As a mod its scope is much narrower than drawers, but the one thing it does (single item storage) it does really well.
