Access the online portal to file homestead, exemptions, returns, appeals and change of address for Fulton County properties. The portal is available from January 1 to April 1 for different types of filings.

Fulton County’s 2024 Notices of Assessment have been mailed to property owners and are now available online at www.fultonassessor.org. As required by Georgia law, the Tax Assessors’ office issues an annual Notice of Assessment for every property, which must reflect fair market value.
