The pasta was excellent and very al dente -- my wife really loved this, and really enjoyed the pizza as well. Still a lot more we want to try, including other pastas and pizzas (eg we saw someone eating a veggie pesto pasta that looked amazing).

Forma Pasta Factory in Brooklyn is a true gem for pasta lovers. During my visit, I tried three different types of pasta: Pappardelle Bolognese, Gemelli Pesto, and Pipette Ragu. Each dish was incredibly flavorful and delicious. The freshness and quality of the ingredients were evident in every bite.
