Utility payments can be made online, through secure automated phone system, by mail or using the drop box located outside of City Hall (150 City Park Way). Staff will be available at (925) 516-5415 or via email at ubmessages@brentwoodca.gov for general questions regarding your account.
Customers can access their utility account information and make secure and immediate payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by using Utility Billing Pay by Phone, (925) 516-5415. In Person. At the Payment Center on the first floor of City Hall, 150 City Park Way, Brentwood, CA. By Mail.
