The Real Estate Salesperson Program, delivered by Humber College, is your first step towards becoming a real estate professional in Ontario. The Pre-Registration Phase of the program is comprised of 5 courses, 4 exams and 2 simulation sessions which must be completed sequentially.
If you hold a Real Estate License in Ontario, you can and should park your license with us. We have 2 Real Estate Brokerage branches – TRREB and NON-TRREB. You can park your Ontario real estate license with us as long as you are a licensed agent in Ontario.
We provide Ontario real estate licence parking services to individuals that would like to maintain their licence in good standing with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) while minimizing the costs involved in holding a licence at a typical full service real estate brokerage.
