There’s a laiki agora (as they are known) somewhere near you on island or mainland every day of the week, with many vendors selling their own produce. There are even separate, exclusively organic farmers’ markets.
There is a reasonably sized supermarket on the road from Lardos to Kalathos. When you travel from the Airport to Lardos you will pass through Kalathos. About 2km further on there is a right hand turn for Lardos. The supermarket is on that corner.
