21 Αυγ 2014 · Try deleting all files from the Settings folder located in C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\Settings. Check if you can load the saves now. If not, then try using Xliveless.

25 Σεπ 2015 · @MrTaco404 Do you mean that the achievements have been unlocked when you loaded the game save? If so, then I don't know how you can re-lock them again without creating a brand new account and purchasing another copy of the game. If you want to have them unlocked, I've included instructions with the game save.
