11 Ιαν 2021 · Easy to remember… the exits start at 1 at the bridge and go to 12. Not any more. (Click on blog link to see other photos.) Now the numbers correspond with how many miles the exit is from the Rhode Island border. I have read about the reason why being funding from the federal government but the exits are just weird.
Route 6, also known as the "Mid-Cape Highway", is our primary travel route from Bourne to Provincetown. The Mid-Cape goes pretty much smack down the middle of the Cape, hence the nickname. View Route 6 in a larger map
