If there was a live broadcast listed, I would go to the page for that show, view source, find the link for the 128kbps MP3 of the full show, and download it. (If it was a rebroadcast, there was no link to click on.)
1 Σεπ 2016 · That gave a 2 minute 54 second mp3 file, the same thing I heard at the web page. But the site is off-air now. So that's probably just a placeholder file. The same method may not work when the site is live.
Here's a bath file I used this morning to download some videos: Code: yt-dlp -f "bestvideo[width<1280]+audio-English" --batch-file batchlist.txt. "bestaudio" wasn't right for that site because it delivered a descriptive audio track for the blind. 22nd Nov 2021 18:03 #7.

Sometimes it estimates that it will take an hour to download 200MB. If I cancel the download and retry it 5-6 times, I'll usually get a faster speed and the video downloads quickly.
