1 Φεβ 2024 · Santander online banking is down this morning. There have been multiple reports on downdetector.co.uk and on the Santander X site. Santander say they are aware and are working on it but also that the app is working fine. I can concur with that having just logged into the app. MACKEM99 Posts: 960 Forumite.

24 Ιουλ 2019 · Santander will send out a text with a unique six digit number if you don't have mobile banking. 15 Φεβ 2022 · OTP by email for FPS payments in Santander online banking now available for EXISTING PAYEES. Started working once my (mobile) phone numbers had been removed (via telephone banking). Can't comment about online shopping payments with card. I found it arbitrary to get Santander to allow OTP by email.

I've done a bit of google searching but can't find an obvious solution. Just wondering if anyone has a similar problem. The problem is more or less every time a try and logon. At various stages it just takes me back to the login page.
