Best way to contact AA customer service? I love the ease of iMessage for Delta and FB messenger for United. Does AA have something comparable?
Get in a physical airport line, start the chat, and get in the phone call “line”. Normally all 3 works and occasionally I’ll go to a AA lounge and ask the person for help there. It’s shorter and they don’t always make you check in.
I had to sign up for an account with them (at least it's free) to be able to use the chat function but in terms of wait time (5 hours vs 16 hours) using the app seems to be the best way to go.
