Thus, consumer behavior puts an emphasis on consumer’s different attitudes, choices, actions and underlying motivations in the marketplace.
We define consumer behaviour as the behaviour that consumers display in searching for, purchasing, using, evaluating and disposing of the products and services that they expect will satisfy their needs.
