I'd say they're one of the best 3rd party booking sites around. When you get your eticket, make sure to confirm the booking with the airline just in case and don't rely on Expedia to inform of any schedule changes.

Expedia and Trailfinders are the only 3rd party sellers I have used or would consider using. My experience with Expedia (and with Trailfinders) has been good. They have been reliable and have notified me of any changes. When I have checked the flight with the airline "manage my booking", my booking has always been there as promised.
If it's a code share, and it's all one ticket, then your connections are protected. It is generally preferable to book directly with the airline (as that makes you the airline's customer rather than a customer of your travel agent), but - based on my own experience - I doubt you would be able to book this itinerary online on the airline's web ...
