5 Ιουν 2024 · BBB Scam Tracker has received multiple reports of scammers creating fake airline ticket booking sites or customer service numbers to charge travelers for rescheduling fake flights.
One of the most common scams in air travel, according to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), is what we'll call the Fake Fare Flimflam. The perpetrators of this particular con take advantage of bargain seekers willing to believe in too-good-to-be-true airfares found online.
flightwise-delta.com review resulted in a trust score of 61. This rating has been given by an algorithm based on public sources such as WHOIS, the IP address of the server, the location of the company and if the website has been reported on spam and phishing lists.
Type the Airline confirmation code from lucky2go into the airline's website and search up your itinerary. It works. I may be really late in adding to this thread, but half the comments in here made me doubt that my ticket purchase was real, and that it was a scam. Lucky2go is legitimate.
ASAP ticket and his agents are pulling fast ones on people. I called an agent named Lemar to get ticket to travel with my three kids, 2 of them where less than 2years of age and the other one was 4years old. Lamar gave me a quote and I paid.
It probably is a legit (i.e. legal) company but that doesn't make it a good idea to use. Airfares are rarely "live" and when you try to book, you are sent an email requesting more money for the higher fare. If you try to cancel, you will get your money back months later, if at all.
Opodo is the worst-rated flight booking site according to a recent survey, despite separate research showing it’s the best at finding bargain airfares. However, choosing cheap fares may not be worth it if you’ll receive poor customer service should your flight get cancelled.
