I have spent over 7 hours on hold on the phone this week. I have also tried to send a Facebook message and use their live chat several times. I haven’t gotten any response.
A good customer service experience isn't having you take codes and links. They fix it and send you an email with any booking codes or anything you need afterward. It's the CSR's job to fix the problem, not yours.

Now, flyers needing assistance must either use a 24-hour live chat available on the airline's website, reach out on social media channels, send an email or file a written complaint, per the airline.
