Cheaptickets has a chat bot which did not resolve anything and contacting by email is a joke, since they first ask you to confirm that you really want the email to be processed by them and that it is going to take five(!) days.
The only way to contact them is by email and they haven't replied any of my mails since two weeks. I am sure they will not respond at all and keep every cent. Date of experience : March 26, 2020
