If you lost an item onboard your airplane, please contact your airline. If you lost an item in the terminal, call Lost & Found at 703-572-8479, Mon-Fri 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Closed Weekends). Located behind Baggage Claim #2. There are several agencies at the Airport which handle lost and found items.

For items lost on the aircraft or at the gate area, please contact the respective airlines lost and found. If you lost an item in any other area at the airport, including the security checkpoints and shuttle buses, please contact the Lost and Found Office at +1 703-572-8479.
If you lost an item in the main terminal, Concourses, AeroTrain, Shuttle Buses and other places within the airport call the Lost & Found section at 703-572-8479, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. at 12 p.m. (Closed on weekends).
