Spirit is awful. It’s the US equivalent of Ryanair and would pull the same shit like floating plans to charge for use of its toilets if the FAA would let it get away with it. Reply reply
Spirit is only bad when people book a no-frills flight and expect all the same benefits of other airlines they have flown. Be very aware of baggage policies, bring your own beverages/snacks on plane or expect to spend money, don't expect chairs to recline, and you will be fine.
I'm looking at a flight for a trip next month and Spirit Airlines appears to be the best deal for me. I've heard and seen so many memes about Spirit Airlines being a hilariously cheap/bad business, but are they really?
