You must cancel or change your flights by phone with a StudentUniverse agent prior to your scheduled boarding time or you will forfeit the value of your ticket. Change/Cancellation fees will apply. If your ticket is non-refundable, most airlines will not make exceptions.
In Nov 2021 I bought one way ticket for 5 pax for travel in Dec 2021. Because of Covid border closure, I had to either cancelled with minus 40% of my fare duducted for fees or change the date to travel in 2022. Rather then losing 40% of my fare, I decided to change the date of travel to Dec 2022.
