In the game players equip and deploy towers to defend their base from incoming enemies for as many waves as possible.

Tower Mode is a game-mode consisting of multiple stages, called "Floors". Each floor consists of past maps, but with some twists such as different enemies (compared to the original version). Upon clearing, the tower will continue to generate Floors for seemingly an infinite amount of times.
Raids are modes that are significantly harder than Story Mode missions, and are designed to be played with up to 8 players. In World 2 they can be found in the Adventure building. Upon completion, they drop exclusive units or items for evolution.
The Tutorial is a demonstration of how to play the game, which was made for players that have just joined the game for the first time. It consists of Fruity Sama (one of the creators of the game) teaching the player how to summon and place units.
