Just flew AirTran BWI-MIA roundtrip Business Class. Good price, flights on time, comfortable seats, FAs did an excellent job and pilot even stood up in front of plane before take-off to welcome everyone.
We have been flying Airtran for several years and prefer them over major airlines. Yes, price has much to do with it, but as stated earlier, the planes are new and the service is good. IMO there is no risk in using them.
